Our best ambassadors are our patients. We're proud to say that the majority of new patients have had our practice personally recommended to them.

We're very grateful to all of you who regularly let your friends and family know about Clarence House. We can only continue to improve and develop with your support.

On your first visit, you’ll be met by one of our friendly new patient co-ordinators. She will show you around Clarence House and begin your new patient consultation by asking you some questions. These help us to carry out a full assessment of your dental health and any dental treatment you have received in the past.

You will then be introduced to your dentist – either Marc Gresley or Kate Sanderson. During your appointment your dentist will look at your jaw joints, your soft tissues (both in and around your mouth), your teeth and gums and the way your teeth bite together.

This will appointment involve a thorough visual examination and any necessary tests, screening charts, photographs and x-rays. Your dentist will discuss the results of this examination with you in detail including any treatment needed and the different options available to you.

I haven't been to the dentist for a long time ... what if I'm nervous?

We appreciate that going to the dentist after a long period of time can be stressful. We'll do everything that we can to help you feel calm and relaxed. We will explain everything that we do, and it's worth remembering that treatments have advanced a long way over the last few years. Please do ask if you have any questions or are unclear about anything we say - we are always happy to help you.

We'd love you to join our practice and we offer a 50% saving on all new patient examinations at the cost of £78.00

You will be asked to pay for your first appointment in advance, in order to secure your booking. Once we have given you a full examination, we will discuss the cost of any dental treatment with you. We will agree the costs of the treatment with you before it begins and will provide a full, clear written estimate for you. In addition, we offer a range of finance options to help you pay for your treatment.

If you'd like to find out more about our practice before you make an appointment to see one of our dentists (Marc or Kate), you are welcome to visit the practice without obligation. One of our New Patient Co-ordinators can show you around Clarence House and answer any questions you may have about the services we provide.
