Invisalign
At Clarence House, all our dentists are trained in Invisalign® Orthodontic Treatment. The Invisalign® system is used to treat poorly aligned teeth without the usual problems associated with conventional orthodontic treatment such as fixed braces or 'train tracks'.
It is successful in treating overly crowded or widely spaced teeth. It can also relieve more complex issues, including overbite, underbite and even crossbite.
When using the Invisalign system, a series of clear, near invisible appliances are worn. As well as being much more comfortable, they are removed for eating and tooth cleaning and much quicker in producing results.
Invisalign FAQ
How does Invisalign® work?
Invisalign uses clear plastic aligners to position and straighten teeth. Unlike braces, Invisalign aligners have no metal bands or wires to irritate your mouth.
Can Invisalign® help me?
Invisalign can be used to treat the vast majority of common problems for adults and teens. Whether your smile needs minor improvements or more extensive adjustments, Invisalign® can certainly help. Will it restrict my lifestyle?
We understand that you want to look great at work, at school or with friends. You still can. As Invisalign® is clear and nearly invisible, most people will never know you're straightening your teeth - unless you tell them. So you can still enjoy time with your friends, speak to groups or conduct meetings, feeling confident that when your course of treatment has ended, you will have a stunning smile.
Can I still play sport?
Yes, with Invisalign® you can still be as active as you like.
