This video shows the importance of getting below the edge of the gum.  Most people who floss get into the gap between the teeth but they need to get to where all the bugs are really hiding!

Fissure sealants use the same technology as white fillings but without any drilling!  They're used where there's a risk of decay starting.  This video shows what's involved in placing these preventative sealants.
