Amy goes back to school...
to help children look after their teeth

Amy Russell has passed her qualifications to become an oral hygiene instructor. As part of our commitment to dental education to people of all ages, Amy works at Clarence House and out in local schools, showing them that dental care is best started at a young age.

As well as showing them how to brush their teeth, she also advises on the most suitable food and drinks to have which aren't harmful to teeth.

Amy also took part in the video filming for The Bopps' new song, "Teeth", filmed at Clarence House recently.

Commenting, Amy said, "Everyone at the practice believes in friendly, gentle dental care and by going out to local schools we can show children how to look after their teeth for their lifetime. Our filming session with The Bopps is a great talking point and shows that going to the dentist is not at all scary and that we all like to have fun too!"

Her oral hygiene qualification also allows Amy to educate adults on dental health, and she is also available to speak to groups about how to care for their teeth later in life.

If you would like to book a session with Amy for you and your family, your child's school or adult group, please call us on 01452 522720.
